FAQs

  • Where is the best place to stay?

    The two closest hotels in our vicinity are Holiday Inn and Premier Inn which are less than 5 minutes away walking distance.  Alternatively, there is Roomzzz- An aparthotel 6 minutes away or many options within the city of Leeds.

  • Is there any public transport to the Church?

    Situated just 10 minutes from the Leeds Train station, we have got great public transport links including the 33,34,60, 508, and A1 Flyer buses across the building.

  • Where can I park?

    There is limited parking available either side of the North Church building. Our car parking team will try their best to direct you to available spaces. There are council-owned car parks in front of the building on Kirkstall Road and round the back on Burley Road – please note these are not free and parking charges will apply.

  • Is there food available to buy?

    Yes, there will be food provided on sale on Friday and Saturday. There are also plenty of other places to go for food in the vicinity such as Archive Coffee which is a coffee shop a short walk away or Kirkstall Brewery next door who do great pizzas. If you prefer more well known chains, Cardigan Fields is a 10 minute walk with options like Five Guys, Nando’s, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and heaps more.

  • What’s the best thing to do in Leeds?

    • During the 3 hour break ;), we have the following things you can try out: 
    • Water Taxi and a coffee at North Star
    • Laynes Coffee
    • Corn Exchange
    • Victoria and Trinity Shopping Centre 
    • Leeds Art Gallery
    • Leeds Portrait Gallery
    • Royal Armouries
    • Roundhay Park
    • Cardigan Fields has many activities – Cinema, bowling, arcade, and jump arena. The options are endless, check out Discover Leeds for more information.

  • How do I register when I arrive?

    We will have our volunteering team dotted across our foyer to help get you registered.

  • Will coffee be available?

    Yes plenty of coffee will be served and available at our building and nearby coffee shops.

  • If I have kids are they welcome?

    We have a parenting room – a great space dedicated for parents with babies and toddlers up to the age of 2 which has visibility into the main auditorium.

  • Can I bring my pet dog?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets (although we do love all breeds of cats and dogs…) We can however accommodate guide dogs.

  • Can we get a group discount?

  • Is there a day or night rate available?

    There is currently just one early bird rate of £30 for the entire conference. This will be available until January 1st 2025 when the price will go up to £35. Night tickets may become available closer to the event.

    Always good to bring your bible, notebook, your Apple Pay and your faith.
